Q. What if my library card (Ncard/community user card) was lost or stolen and I need to borrow Libraries materials?

A library card is required to borrow items from the Libraries. Reporting the loss of the card is an important first step to getting a new card and possibly avoiding unwanted charges.  

You are responsible for materials borrowed with a stolen card that has not been reported.

Lost or stolen NCards should be immediately reported to the NCard office to avoid being held responsible for charges incurred. 

You should also notify one of the ASKus locations below so a note can be added to your account.
