The Libraries' website has a Citation Tools page with links to information about citing a source according to various citation styles (e.g., APA, MLA, etc.).

UNL students, faculty, and staff also have online access to the Chicago Manual of Style.

The library catalog and many of the library article databases generate citations in various styles that you can copy and paste.

The Citation Tools page also links to an online automatic citation generator, and you can similar products on the web. These citation generators are not perfect, however, so you should always doublecheck the citations yourself to verify their accuracy.
