Start by looking up the book in the library catalog (using either the Quick Search/Encore or Classic Catalog).

[Note:  Due to limited staffing and budget, book requests are currently e-preferred:  if we have the book in both print and digital formats, you will be directed to the digital format.]

Quick Search/Encore

Click on the title of the book you want in the results list:

From the catalog record for the book, click on the 'Find This for Me' link on the right-hand side of the page under the 'Other Sources' heading.

This will produce a second window that includes a variety of options.  Select 'Request Delivery.'

You will then be taken to the login screen for our Delivery/Interlibrary Loan service.  Login (if you have previously created an account) or click on 'Create an Account' and complete the registration form (see the link below to the FAQ that describes that process).

Once you've logged in, you will see a 'Book Request' form, already filled in with the information about the book you want.  Simply click on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.

You will be notified by email when your item is ready for you at the library.  The email will contain a link that allows you to select your preferred pickup time.
