Q. Who do I contact if a library resource (databases, ebook or electronic article link etc.) isn't working or isn't accessible?

If you are having a problem with access to library databases, an ebook or electronic article link that isn't working, etc., contact our ASKus help desk.

• You can talk to someone in person at an ASKus service point at one of our campus library locations.
• You can connect with us virtually via chat, text, or email.

For the quickest assistance, chat or an ASKus desk will be your best bet.

Our library catalog also has a 'Report a problem' button in each catalog record where you can submit a problem request form. Because of how the form is processed, however, this is a slower option for getting help.
