Some library resources are preserved on microfilm (reels) and microfiche (small sheets of microfilm). The library catalog will specify when an item is on microfilm or microfiche.

You can scan/copy portions of the film using the machines we have available. You can also check out microfilm reels for the same amount of time you can check out a book.

Most microfilm and microfiche are located in the basement of Love Library, near the north side of the tunnel connecting Love North to Love South. There is a microfilm reader in the basement, and a newer electronic reader/scanner available on the 2nd floor at Media Services.

Paul Myers is the main contact for microfilm collections at Love Library.
