University Libraries no longer have paper tax forms.  This includes the Reproducible Tax Forms booklet (Publication 1132).

The IRS website provides PDFs of various tax forms and their instruction guides, FAQs and other tax help, and a link for ordering paper forms to your home address.

For Nebraska tax forms, please refer to the Department of Revenue website.  If you need to order paper forms, contact the Department of Revenue directly.

The Lincoln City Libraries provide a list of VITA tax volunteer locations.
