Q. How many extensions/renewals can I get on a book?

UNL students, staff, and faculty can can borrow a book until the end of the current academic term (semester).

Books checked out by UNL users can be renewed for up to 36 weeks.

• The Renew Materials page includes information about how to renew materials and the length of the renewal period.

Renewals for ILL items are determined by the lending library. Check your ILLiad account to see if an ILL book can be renewed.
