A federated search searches several databases at once. You can access our federated search function by doing a search in the Quick Search box on the library website, then clicking the Articles tab. However, this is not as fast or specific as searching for articles in individual databases.
Some publishers offer a federated search of all their databases - for example, you can go to Academic Search Premier, then click "Choose databases" at the top of the page to search multiple EBSCO databases at the same time.
