As a UNL student, staff, or faculty member, in order to connect to the campus wireless network, you must register the wireless card on your mobile device(s).  (Use the link below to go to the UNL Wireless Registration page.)

On the registration page, login using your MyUNL/Blackboard credentials.

Once logged in, click "Register a card" and it will prompt you for a "hardware address" (also referred to as the MAC address) which you will have to find on your device.  Locating this address can be highly variable depending on what device you are using.  The help guide linked below provides guidance in finding the hardware address for a wide variety of operating systems.

Note:  the hardware address will always be 12 characters in length, grouped into six pairs, and can be made of letters and numbers.  Once you have entered this string of numbers into the box on the wireless registration page, click "next."

Your address then needs to be registered, a process that can take up to 10 minutes. After your card has been registered, simply join the UNL-AIR wireless network.

If you are from UNMC or UNO click on the link below to register for wireless access using your university login credentials.

If you are a guest to campus, follow the instructions linked below to register for 7 days of access.
